| Thank you for your purchase. First and foremost, MAKE SURE YOU USED A GOOD EMAIL ADDRESS! I email confirm all orders before putting into works. If the email address used is bogus, your order will be delayed. Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. No product leaves our premises damaged, torn or wrinkled. If you receive one that is damaged during shipping, YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO ANY INSTALLATION. Once you remove the backing and attempt installation, any damage to the graphic, stripe or decal will be considered a installation error and is NOT COVERED under warranty. Please do not try to come up with stories about how you didn't notice the damage, or I sent you the wrong side or that the product wouldn't stick (if you do not know how to recognize any of these issues before hand, you are not a qualified installer) . I have heard every excuse in the book. Please do not get offended by this rule, however HONESTY will get you 10 times further than deception. Please verify that you ordered the correct item and color. Toyota stripes that are difficult to determine, such as Mango Metallic and Copper Nugget have charts that show color needed based on exterior paint color and interior color. Please double check!! Returns for a different color or model may be subject to a restocking fee. Any returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized and done within 30 days of purchase or no credit will be issued. Most stripes usually take about 2-3 business days to work into print schedule, unless I have you order in stock. Most parts (compression release adaptors, p pads and coil mounts) and apparel go out within 24-48 hours of order placement. Some items may go out of stock due to sales at shows and may take longer. Orders are shipping *U S Priority Mail* from Tucson, AZ which usually takes 2-3 days depending on what part of the country you are in, unless faster freight was added to your order.
* U S Priority Mail is not a guaranteed 2-3 day service. But it helps keep your shipping cost down about 1/3 to 1/2 of what Brown can do for you, or better yet to you. |
